Item came in good condition, unfortunately one of the water hose in the machine was broken due to ruff handling by shipment. contacted the seller and seller responded very fast and was told on how to fix and reconnect hose. now just have to wait for a few days for the water to fully dry before i can use. will do a follow-up update.
